Kris has over eleven years of commercial real estate experience, with particular emphasis in industrial and investment property types. Within that scope, Kris has a growing niche in the sale of manufactured housing communities (aka mobile home parks). He is a graduate of Wichita State University’s real estate program, and a Wichita resident since 2001.
